Anxiety
Anxiety is something many people have experienced and for each person it is individual. It can bring a range of physical and mental health difficulties which can affect your daily lives, both at home, at work or place of learning.
I have worked with individual experiences of anxiety through trauma, loss, coping with change or coming to terms with diagnosis, or workplace anxiety, relationship anxiety, exam stress and many other types of anxiety. Anxiety can often be exhausting and overwhelming and may sometimes link to panic attacks. How is your anxiety affecting you? Both anxiety and depression can be hidden from others or affect how you relate to situations or others around you, or can consume you in it’s intensity, leaving you feeling out of control and alone.

I can support you in understanding the source of your anxiety and help you to explore your experience through listening to your narrative and through a variety of techniques, developing your awareness as to what helps ease this for you, Anxiety is unique to each of us and I tailor my approach to your specific needs and experience. No issue is too big or too small. The most important part for me is understanding how it affects you, providing support to identify what works best for you.
